Our Field Engineer Development Programme (FEDP) is an on-the-job-training designed to develop future leaders in various aspects of the Technical & Engineering field. Through this 24-month programme, we provide trainees with immersive and authentic learning experiences to equip them with a holistic view of the New Installation (NI) and Existing Installation (EI) business model, and ensure that they can obtain all the necessary certifications for their role.
